Corporate orders

Wholesale Purchase Policy and Order Conditions

- Orders for multiple units of the same product for a total of €1,000 or more, with shipping to any location in Spain, are subject to personalized quotes that will include prices and minimum quantity requirements. Please consult our sales team for more details.

- Discounts are applied per order and do not accumulate from previous orders.

- Shipping charges will be calculated before any discounts are applied and will be based on the undiscounted value of your order.

- Shipping rates may vary depending on delivery location, required delivery date, and the terms of your order agreement.

- All payments must be made in full by credit card or check before the order is processed. For check payments, shipments will be made once the check has cleared satisfactorily.

- Refusing the scheduled delivery of your order with the carrier will result in a reshipment of the merchandise to the original shipping address and additional shipping charges that will be billed to the credit card used for the purchase.

- If merchandise arrives damaged, defective or in incorrect quantities, we ask that you contact our Corporate Gifts and Bulk Orders team immediately to address the issue.
